Art therapy is very often used with both children and adults. Throughout the therapeutic process, this method takes into account the individual’s social environment. In addition, it considers the person’s inclinations and unique personality traits.
In addition, art therapy can be carried out individually, in a group format, or by alternating between these two approaches.
Art therapy is effective for difficulties such as fears, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, obsessive thoughts and actions, and others.
