Psychological Assessment

Psychodiagnostics

Psychodiagnostics aims to provide an accurate assessment and understanding of various psychological conditions. Our team of experienced specialists uses scientifically validated tools and methods to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. The assessment offers important information about mental health difficulties such as anxiety, mood disorders, and other types of disorders. The psychodiagnostic service is tailored to each person’s individual needs and supports the development and guidance of a personalized treatment plan, which ultimately helps ensure the effectiveness of care.

Psychodiagnostics includes the following methods:

Initial assessment:

At this stage, information is gathered about the individual’s characteristics and difficulties. It may include an interview with the individual and with members of their family.

Clinical interview:

A structured or semi-structured conversation between a clinician and an individual, aimed at assessing mental health, gathering personal history, exploring symptoms, and understanding the context of the difficulties. During this process, the discussion may also address family history, traumatic experiences, life events, and other contributing or complicating factors.

Psychological assessment:

Standardized tests are often used to assess cognitive abilities, emotional functioning, personality traits, and specific mental health concerns. The tests used at the center include exercises for memory, thinking, intelligence, and attention and concentration, as well as instruments for evaluating general mental health (PHQ), the severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, and other psychological difficulties.

Final assessment:

The final stage of the psychodiagnostic process is the concluding assessment, carried out at the end of treatment to monitor the person’s condition and to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment provided.
